✅ Active roofing license in good standing with the Town of Castle Rock
✅ Proof of general liability and workers’ comp insurance compliant with required minimums
✅ Clean reputation and verifiable local presence for at least two years
✅ Agreement to follow our Code of Ethics and compliance with Colorado state contract agreement requirement minimums—24/7/365

What It Means to Be a CRRCA Contractor

CRRCA membership is not just a badge — it’s a promise to your community. We take our standards seriously because Castle Rock homeowners deserve roofing professionals they can trust. Here’s what we mean when we say you must be local, licensed, insured, and ethical:

Local Means Registered in Castle Rock

Being “local” isn’t about where your sales rep lives—it means your business is officially registered with the Town of Castle Rock. Out-of-area companies using local addresses to appear “local” will not qualify.

You Must Be Licensed & Insured

Applicants must provide proof of a valid roofing license from the Town of Castle Rock and submit active general liability and workers’ compensation insurance documentation.

You Must Pass Our Screening Process

All contractors must undergo a basic background check and reputation review to verify good standing with past clients and online platforms like Google, BBB, and Nextdoor.

You Must Uphold Our Code of Ethics—Always

CRRCA members are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct 24/7/365. This includes respectful job site behavior, timely communication, clean project delivery, and honesty in every interaction.
