Every member of the Castle Rock Roofing Contractors Association pledges to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer care. Our Code of Ethics reflects our commitment to homeowners and our dedication to maintaining trust within the Castle Rock community.

✅ Professional Conduct:
Members shall treat all clients and fellow contractors with respect and professionalism. We do not badmouth, defame, or disparage competitors.

✅ Customer Communication:
All member contractors must respond to homeowner inquiries within 24 business hours and keep clients informed throughout the project lifecycle.

✅ Conflict Resolution:
Should issues arise, contractors agree to address and resolve them promptly and professionally, aiming for full customer satisfaction.

✅ Licensing & Insurance:
Contractors must maintain active licensing with the Town of Castle Rock and carry up-to-date liability and worker’s compensation insurance.

✅ Job Site Cleanliness:
Contractors are responsible for keeping all job sites clean, organized, and safe. No trash, debris, or nails should be left behind. Crews must respect homeowners’ properties and leave them cleaner than when they arrived.

✅ Crew Behavior Standards:
Loud, obnoxious music, foul language, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated on job sites. Crews must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.

✅ Ethical Marketing:
Members shall market their services truthfully, avoiding high-pressure sales tactics, misrepresentation, or manipulation of customer fears, particularly during storm recovery periods.

CRRCA members commit to supporting and contributing to the Castle Rock community, building trust and protecting the value of every home they touch.
